Event Visitors

What does it cost to attend the Carmel Artomobilia?   Visitors can enjoy the Carmel Artomobilia at no cost. 

When is the Carmel Artomobilia?  For 2014, the Carmel Artomobilia will be held on Saturday, August 23rd.  The roads of the Arts & Design District (ie Main Street & Range Line Road) will be closed at 6am EST.  The cars will begin loading into the District at 8:00am EST and the show will officially start at 11:00am EST. 

Where is the Carmel Artomobilia?  The Carmel Artomobilia is located in the heart of Carmel in the Arts & Design District.  If you're try to located via GPS, use this address: 200 South Range Line Road, Carmel, Indiana 46032.

How many cars are entered into the Carmel Artomobilia?  Each year we host nearly 400 collector and enthusiast cars in the Arts & Design District.  And, we feature twenty-five judged classes and nearly 20 car corrals.  We also feature exotic Italian motorcycles inside and around the Indiana Design Center.

What other events do you have planned for this weekend?  We feature two key events during the weekend.  Friday evening, we feature an exclusive lifestyle event called Art of Motoring at the Indy Executive Airport in Zionsville.  And, on Saturday, we feature the Carmel Artomobilia in the Carmel Arts & Design District.

I'm visiting from out-of-town, where should I stay?  Indianapolis and Carmel boast a number of noteworthy hotels.

Event Entrants

What does it cost to enter the Carmel Artomobilia?  There are two ways to participate in the Carmel Artomobilia.  If you wish to enter a car class that will be judged, the cost is $35.  This includes lunch for you and a guest at the exhibitor lunch at the Indiana Design Center.  If you wish to exhibit a car in a corral (non judged), there is no cost to participate, but you must register, as we do not accept *drive-ins* on the day of the event.

Where is the Marshaling Yard located?  The Marshaling Yard is located in the Carmel Elementary School parking lot (101 4th Avenue SE, Carmel, IN 46032).  The Marshaling Yard opens at 8:00 am EST and closes at 10:30am EST.  All participants in judged classes or corrals must check-in at the Marshaling Yard to receive instructions, credentials, event agenda, etc.  Once you have checked-in, you will be guided to your specific class or corral.  Google Maps ›

How long does the Carmel Artomobilia last?  The Carmel Artomobilia begins at 11am EST and concludes at 5pm EST.  However, participants must arrive at the Marshaling Yard between 8:00am EST and 10:30am EST to check-in and receive instructions, credentials, etc.  Due to safety concerns, participants in judged classes and car corrals are not allowed to depart the event prior to 5pm EST.

How do I register in a judged class?  There are three ways to register for the Carmel Artomobilia.  You can register and pay online.  You can download and fax your entry to 1.877.313.5220.  Or, you can download and mail your entry to Artomobilia, Inc. at 200 South Range Line Road, Suite 219, Carmel, Indiana 46032.  If you fax or mail your entry, your registration will need to be accompanied by three photos of your car (exterior, interior, engine bay) as well as a check made payable to: Artomobilia, Inc.  

How do I register in a car corral? There are three ways to register for the Carmel Artomobilia.  You can register online.  You can download and fax your entry to 1.877.313.5220.  Or, you can download and mail your entry to Artomobilia, Inc. at 200 South Range Line Road, Suite 219, Carmel, Indiana 46032.  If you fax or mail your entry, your registration will need to be accompanied by one exterior photo of your car.
